A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

It describes how Randolph County records are divided among the Sheriff's Office, District and Circuit Courts, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency CJIS, and Alabama Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal-history files, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Outside companies operate the displayed search boxes. A query submitted there falls under that provider's privacy policy and its own retention and disclosure rules. Review those terms before entering a search because we do not control them.

Links may lead to a sheriff, court portal, Alabama agency, legal resource, or outside search service. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal details.
